Circulation Policies & Clearance

Frequently asked questions

Find clear answers on borrowing limits, daily penalty schedules, lost item policies, and clearance protocols.

General circulation books incur a standard fine of ₱5.00 per day after the designated due date. A 24-hour grace period applies before initial overdue charges accrue. Once the grace period expires, fines calculate retroactively from the original due date. Reserved collections incur higher hourly rates.
